About the Role

As a Branch Operation Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee back-office banking operations, including account reconciliation, transaction settlements, and daily branch activities.
• Manage and supervise makers and checkers to ensure efficient and accurate financial services.
• Authorize payments and transactions within set limits, ensuring compliance with banking policies.
• Handle branch cash operations, vault management, and stock of cheque books.
• Prepare adjusting and closing entries, balance credit summaries, and manage inter-branch accounts.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to support operational excellence.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain smooth branch operations while fostering a customer-first approach.

Qualifications and Experience

Academic Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of banking operations experience.
• Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) principles is a significant advantage.
