About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with a minimum of two years’ experience to oversee and lead the electrical division within our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions, managing resources effectively, optimizing performance, and ensuring projects are executed to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical engineering activities across assigned projects

• Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders

• Ensure all electrical designs and systems meet project specifications, operational goals, and regulatory standards

• Review, modify, and approve electrical design plans and technical documentation

• Facilitate effective communication with on-site teams to understand and address project requirements

• Represent the company professionally and uphold engineering best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering

• Proficient in Electrical AutoCAD (ECAD)

• Familiarity with power system modeling tools such as ETAP or SKM is highly desirable

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• High level of attention to detail and technical precision

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with AutoCAD or Electrical CAD software
