Position 1: Resident Engineer

Qualification Requirements

• Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Competencies

• Oversee daily project management, including design, construction supervision, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage advisors, engineers, and contractors effectively.
• Ensure compliance with contract provisions, plans, and sound construction practices through inspections.
• Establish and maintain key relationships with state and local agencies, legislative bodies, and the public.

Language Requirement

• Proficiency in English (Ethiopian Airlines' working language) is mandatory.

Position 2: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Qualification Requirements

• Education: BSc in Civil or Quantity Surveying Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Key Competencies

• Oversee the measurement of works, payment requests, and applied unit rates.
• Participate in progress and claims-related meetings, and manage the review of variation orders.

Language Requirement

• Proficiency in English (Ethiopian Airlines' working language) is mandatory.
