About the Role:
Yaz Digital is hiring a Cold Caller to help us reach new clients and promote our digital services. This is a remote role, and all tasks will be coordinated online via Google Meet.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients

• Present Yaz Digital’s services in a clear and professional manner

• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

• Attend remote meetings and training sessions via Google Meet

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus

• Confident speaking on the phone and handling objections

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Compensation:

• Commission-based earnings (based on successful client conversions)

• 5,000 ETB monthly bonus for consistent performance
