Position Overview
We are looking for passionate, camera-facing teachers who can deliver engaging, student-centered lessons for students in grades 7–12. The ideal candidate is energetic, articulate, and able to teach in both English and Amharic. This position requires a high level of subject knowledge, adaptability, and communication skills.

Subjects Available
We are hiring qualified teachers for the following subjects:

• Mathematics

• Physics

• Economics

• Citizenship

• Biology

• Chemistry

• Social Studies

• English

• Geography

• General Science

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive online lessons that align with GlobeDock’s curriculum for grades 7–12.

• Support student learning progress using digital tools and course materials.

• Develop lesson plans that are engaging, structured, and accessible for diverse learners.

• Explain theoretical concepts using practical examples and real-life applications.

• Communicate effectively with students and team members to improve learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (current university students are not eligible).

• 0–10 years of teaching or tutoring experience.

• Strong subject matter expertise in one or more listed subjects.

• Fluent in both English and Amharic (spoken and written).

• Excellent camera-facing and communication skills.

• Ability to teach theoretical content with real-world applications.

• Creative, self-driven, and adaptable to new educational technologies.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Salary

• 2,000 ETB per hour (based on performance and subject).
