About the Role

THG Packaging and Printing is hiring a full-time Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and support our growth in the packaging and printing industry. We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills and a successful background in marketing strategy, brand growth, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage marketing strategies that support the company’s goals

• Lead branding and advertising campaigns across different platforms

• Study customer behavior and market trends to guide decisions

• Manage the marketing budget and review performance of campaigns

• Work with sales, product, and design teams to keep brand messaging clear and consistent

• Attend trade shows, business events, and networking opportunities

• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content, and social media

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)

• At least 7 years of experience in marketing, with 3 years in a leadership role

• Proven success in developing and running marketing campaigns

• Strong decision-making and communication skills

• Ability to lead teams and work with different departments

• Experience in the packaging and printing industry is highly preferred
