About the Job
BEAEKA General Business PLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Sales Expert to lead and grow its project-based sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, especially in sectors like paint, granite, marble, and other dimensional stone products.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed project sales targets

Identify and pursue new project-based sales opportunities

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and decision-makers

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery

Prepare and present customized sales proposals and technical presentations

Lead negotiations and successfully close large-scale sales deals

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to anticipate changes and adapt strategies

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications
About You
Qualifications:

MA/MBA or BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field

4–6+ years of relevant experience in B2B/B2C project sales, preferably in paint, granite, marble, or related industries
Required Skills:
