About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Spare Part Shop Manager to oversee the operations of our spare parts department. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of spare parts especially in the heavy truck product sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast parts demand and maintain optimal inventory levels

  • Monitor current inventory and conduct regular stock evaluations

  • Set competitive and profitable pricing for spare parts

  • Receive, label, and organize parts within the inventory system

  • Assist customers in locating and purchasing correct parts

  • Handle and follow up on special orders as required

  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure availability of parts for repairs

  • Supervise, train, and support the spare parts team


About You

Qualifications:

  • MA/MBA or BA in Business Administration, Management, or related fields

  • Experience in sales of spare parts, preferably for heavy trucks

  • Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the spare parts sector is advantageous

  • 4–6 years of total work experience

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role in spare parts sales

Required Skills:

  • Action planning and organizational leadership

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Inventory and pricing management

  • Team supervision and training
