Job Summary

Goh Betoch Bank S.C. is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support in office management and administrative tasks. The role involves handling correspondence, organizing records, and assisting with daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • BA Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Administrative Service Management, or a related business field.
    OR

  • Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office communications, correspondence, and scheduling.

  • Maintain records, files, and administrative documents.

  • Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and handling office logistics.

  • Provide support to different departments as needed.

  • Ensure efficient office operations by coordinating administrative tasks.
