Job Summary
Goh Betoch Bank S.C. is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support in office management and administrative tasks. The role involves handling correspondence, organizing records, and assisting with daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:

BA Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Administrative Service Management, or a related business field.
OR -
Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage office communications, correspondence, and scheduling.

Maintain records, files, and administrative documents.

Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and handling office logistics.

Provide support to different departments as needed.

Ensure efficient office operations by coordinating administrative tasks.
