What You Will Do:
As a Junior Strategy Implementation Monitoring Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful implementation of Dashen Bank’s strategic initiatives. You’ll closely monitor the progress and impact of these strategies, communicating findings, successes, and suggesting adjustments to ensure the organization stays on track. You’ll also be involved in developing monitoring frameworks and working with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in strategy implementation, monitoring, or related fields.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of modern strategic management practices to help initiate and execute tactical changes.
- Experience in the financial industry and understanding how it evolves.
- Ability to link strategy with day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring smooth coordination and implementation of transformations.
- Expertise in analyzing various business reports (financial, budgets, business intelligence) to draw actionable insights.
- Proficient in budgeting, monitoring, and project management.
