About the Role

As an Electro Mechanical Maintenance Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Planning, organizing, and monitoring all electro-mechanical maintenance activities.
• Supervising and managing the operation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, including alternative power systems.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.

This role is based at Dashen Bank's Head Office and offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the Bank’s infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the inspection, repair, and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
• Develop maintenance plans and implement innovative solutions to improve system reliability.
• Manage projects related to electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in relevant areas are an advantage.

Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in electro-mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in maintenance planning and fault diagnosis for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Advanced knowledge of modern maintenance techniques and tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex systems and teams.
