Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior District HR Business Partner to oversee HR activities for district offices and branches within the assigned district.

The role focuses on implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to attract, develop, and retain highly competent talent in alignment with the Banks human capital goals.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience.

Location: Jimma District Office
