About the Role

As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will:

• Assist customers in completing forms and processing banking operations such as account opening, local and international money transfers, and cash transactions.
• Issue passbooks and cheque books, maintain custody of specimen signature cards, and verify deposit and withdrawal vouchers for signature accuracy.
• Act as a maker and checker, ensuring fast, reliable, and customer-focused banking services.
• Approve transactions when assigned as a checker and address customer inquiries promptly.

This role is essential in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the Bank's mission of providing innovative Interest-Free Banking (IFB) solutions.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in banking operations.
• Familiarity with Interest-Free Banking (IFB) principles is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in accounting and account management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interactions.

Desired Skills

• Advanced knowledge of banking procedures and customer relationship management.
