• Assist in the daily maintenance and operation of the bank's ATMs to ensure optimal performance.

• Perform routine checks and minor repairs on ATMs to prevent malfunctions.

• Provide basic technical support for ATM-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians.

• Ensure that ATM software and hardware are updated and functioning properly.

• Participate in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

• Conduct regular inspections and cleaning of ATMs.

• Follow established security protocols and report any suspicious activities.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards related to ATM operations.

• Follow internal policies and procedures for ATM maintenance.

• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

• Assist in other tasks related to ATM operations and maintenance.

Job Requirements

ATM Maintenance Officer

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in ATM Maintenance.

Junior ATM Maintenance Officer

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields.
