Job Summary
Ahadu Bank is looking for an experienced professional to lead and coordinate resource mobilization and customer service initiatives across districts. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to achieve resource mobilization targets, enhancing branch performance, conducting market analysis, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead district-wide efforts for resource mobilization and customer service.
- Develop and execute actionable strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide leadership and support to enhance branch performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and engagement.
About You
Required Qualification:
- MSc, MA, BSc, or BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Required Experience:
- At least 7 years of professional banking experience, with 2 years as a Senior Customer Service Officer or a comparable role.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
