Job Summary

Hibret Bank S.C. is seeking a Branch Manager, Grade C Tier II to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership, financial management skills, and a deep understanding of banking operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• BA in Management or Accounting

Experience:

• 2 years as a Manager, Grade D Branch (or equivalent), OR

• 9 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all branch activities to ensure operational efficiency.

• Lead and develop branch staff to meet performance targets.

• Strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.

• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
