About the Position
Dashen Bank S.C is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional for the position of Branch Manager I at its Nejo Branch. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the full range of branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, enhancing service delivery, and driving business growth.
As Branch Manager, you will oversee day-to-day branch functions, provide leadership to branch staff, implement strategic plans, and ensure excellent customer service. You will also play a vital role in community engagement and represent the bank in local business and development activities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall branch operations in alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Drive sales and business development initiatives to increase branch profitability

Supervise customer service functions and ensure service quality standards are consistently met

Manage branch budgets, work plans, and performance reports

Ensure adherence to internal policies, banking procedures, and applicable laws
-
Foster a high-performance work culture and mentor staff

Engage with local stakeholders and represent the bank in community and business events
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant banking experience, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory or leadership role
Technical Competencies

Solid understanding of financial products and banking services

Proficient in banking operations, compliance, and customer service standards

Experience with core banking systems and Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of modern service delivery and operational improvement practices
