About the Job
Ahadu Bank S.C is looking for a competent and driven Branch Manager to lead its Bisrate Gebriel area branch. The role involves overseeing all branch operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, driving sales and business development, and leading customer service initiatives to maintain operational excellence. The Branch Manager will also participate in community engagement to promote the Bank’s services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize, and control day-to-day branch operations

• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal procedures

• Drive business development and meet sales targets

• Lead customer service and maintain high service standards

• Prepare budgets, work plans, and progress reports

• Engage with local business communities and represent the Bank

• Supervise and guide branch staff toward operational goals

About You

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

Required Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of professional banking experience

• At least 1 year as a Customer Services Manager or in a comparable role

• Excellent team leadership and analytical skills

• Strong organizational and modern management capabilities

• Resilience and ability to work under pressure

• Sound knowledge of commercial business law and banking regulations

• Customer-focused and results-oriented

• Skilled in distributing targets and managing performance
