About the Job

The Customer Service Officer I is responsible for front office customer service support at the branch. The officer will also assist in fulfilling all customer service-related requests at the branch.

About You

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in the banking sector.

Competencies Required

  • Understanding of general financial products and services.

  • Solid knowledge of banking procedures and accounting.

  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Familiarity with core banking systems.
