Job Summary 

Hibret Bank S.C. is looking for an experienced Digital Banking Platform Officer II to support the bank’s digital banking infrastructure. The role involves managing digital banking platforms, ensuring system security, and enhancing customer experience through innovative digital solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Experience:

• 2 years as a Digital Banking Platform Officer I (or equivalent), OR

• 4 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, OR

• 2 years as a Digital Banking Platform Officer II (or equivalent), OR

• 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the bank’s digital banking platforms.

• Ensure the security and efficiency of digital banking operations.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve digital services.

• Implement best practices in fintech and digital banking innovations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital banking systems.
