Job Summary
Ahadu Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead and coordinate district-wide resource mobilization and customer service efforts. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to meet resource mobilization targets, support branch performance, conduct market analysis, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead district-wide resource mobilization and customer service initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve resource mobilization targets.
- Manage and support branch performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
About You
Required Qualification:
- MSc/MA/BSc/BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional banking experience, including at least 2 years as a Senior Customer Service Officer or a similar role.
Required Skills:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
