• Develop training materials and assess trainees' progress.
• Provide hands-on practical and theoretical instruction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Utilize modern training methods for effective learning.

Desired Candidate Profile

✔ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
✔ 3 years of training experience + 3 to 5 years of industrial experience (preferably in Oil & Gas).
✔ Competence-based assessment experience (NVQ, A1/V1, D32/D33 preferred).
✔ Middle East experience is desirable.
✔ Proficiency in IT applications & presentation skills.
✔ Certified "Train the Trainer" or equivalent course is an advantage.
