Job Summary
The Experience Design and Improvement Specialist is responsible for enhancing customer experience across various touchpoints. This includes conducting customer research, designing intuitive interfaces, analyzing user behavior, and implementing strategies to improve satisfaction and engagement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Management, or related fields.

Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields is an added advantage.
Experience:

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Technical Competencies:
Experience in customer-centric design & user experience (UX) principles.
Strong skills in data analytics & customer feedback analysis.
Ability to drive innovation & explore emerging UX trends.
Experience in project management & continuous UX improvement.
Ability to advocate for user experience in achieving business goals.
