Position: Senior Customer Service Officer
Duty Station: Addis Ababa


About the Job

Hijra Bank is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill the position of Senior Customer Service Officer. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service to customers and supporting banking operations in compliance with Islamic Finance principles.


Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or other related fields.


Experience Requirement

  • Minimum of three (3) years of banking experience.

  • Certification in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous.


Required Skill

  • Strong skills in account management.

  • Good communication and customer handling abilities.

  • Knowledge of Islamic banking operations is preferred.
