Job Description

We are looking for an IT Risk Officer to support our bank’s IT risk management activities. This role involves evaluating IT risks, ensuring compliance with IT policies, monitoring information security, and supporting business continuity. Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate IT-related risks and propose improvement measures.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to the bank’s IT policies and procedures.

• Security Monitoring: Support frameworks and methodologies related to information security.

• System & Network Checks: Identify defects and potential vulnerabilities in the bank’s IT infrastructure.

• Disaster Recovery: Test IT systems and recovery plans, ensuring business continuity.

• Threat Analysis: Conduct risk scenario analysis to assess potential business impacts.

• Change Management: Participate in change control processes to mitigate IT risks.

• Innovation & Security: Support new IT initiatives while ensuring cybersecurity compliance.

• Business Support: Assist in developing proposals and solutions for IT risk challenges.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor's / B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as Officer II/III or equivalent.

• Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

  • High level of technological & digital literacy.

  • Ability to assess IT security risks and compliance.
