Job Summary

Enat Bank S.C. is seeking a Manager, Audit Follow-up Division to lead the audit team, ensure compliance with audit programs, and conduct fraud investigations. This role is critical in maintaining the bank’s operational integrity and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the audit follow-up team to complete audits as scheduled.

• Conduct special fraud investigations and review alleged misconduct cases.

• Develop inspection schedules and define audit focus areas.

• Examine accounting and financial records to ensure accuracy.

• Prepare monthly reports with audit findings and compliance evaluations.

• Lead complex fraud and embezzlement investigations.

• Assess control systems and recommend improvements.

• Summarize branch audit reports for senior management review.

• Train and guide staff in audit and compliance practices.

• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

• Assist in budget preparation for the audit division.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• BA/MBA/MA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience

• 8.5 years (BA) or 6.5 years (MA/MBA) of relevant experience.

• At least 2 years in a Senior Inspector role.

• Banking industry experience is preferred.
