Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training programs, course materials, and assessments to meet client and Awarding Body requirements.
• Assist in recruiting and managing training staff.
• Ensure training workshops and labs are well-equipped and meet industry standards.
• Identify and source equipment for training purposes.
• Conduct written and performance-based assessments.
• Deliver training sessions and presentations to company staff.
• Assist in the certification of trainees as NVQ Assessors.
• Implement and manage quality assurance in training programs.
• Develop and manage teaching and assessment schedules.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to trainees.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Technical/Engineering (Pipefitting or related field).
✔ Minimum 3 years of training experience.
✔ At least 5 years of industrial experience in the oil & gas sector.
✔ Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
✔ Awareness of Health & Safety Regulations.
✔ High proficiency in Windows-based applications and instructional techniques.
✔ Preferred: NVQ Competence-based assessment experience (e.g., A1 or V1 / D32 or D33).
✔ Preferred: Middle East experience.
✔ Preferred: Certified in "Train the Trainer" or a similar course.
