About the Job
The Senior Investigation and Enforcement Officer I will play a critical role in identifying and investigating violations of capital market laws and regulations. The officer will assist in enforcement strategy, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a compliant and trustworthy capital market environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct investigations into alleged regulatory breaches, including data collection, financial analysis, and documentation.

Interview witnesses and gather relevant testimonies.

Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations on enforcement actions.

Assist in developing enforcement strategies and reviewing evidence.

Ensure all enforcement efforts align with ECMA’s legal framework and policies.

Coordinate with legal, supervision, and other relevant departments during investigations.

Maintain well-organized and updated investigation and enforcement records.

Keep up to date with capital market regulations through training and research.

Analyze complex market instruments and financial transactions as part of case reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, or Business Administration from a recognized institution.

Experience: At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in compliance, law enforcement, capital markets, or a related field.
