Job Summary
Oromia Insurance S.C. is hiring a competent and experienced professional to lead and oversee the operations of its Bahir Dar Branch (Grade I). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in insurance, management, or related fields and a proven track record in senior-level roles.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Office Management, Mathematics, Law, Engineering, or any related field from a recognized university

• A professional diploma or advanced diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute is an added advantage

Work Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience

• At least 2 years in a Senior Officer or equivalent managerial position
