Team Leader – Electro-Mechanical Maintenance (Dashen Bank Head Office)

Job Summary
Dashen Bank is looking for an experienced professional to lead its Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Service team. This role is central to ensuring the uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and backup power systems. The selected candidate will oversee maintenance strategy, system inspection, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all electro-mechanical maintenance activities and ensure adherence to planned schedules

• Supervise the inspection, repair, and upkeep of mechanical and electrical systems, including backup power solutions

• Analyze and troubleshoot system faults for timely and efficient resolution

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs

• Manage related technical projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field

• Additional certifications in electrical/mechanical systems are an asset

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years’ hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing electro-mechanical systems

• Proven expertise in managing large-scale maintenance operations

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, fault analysis, and maintenance technologies

• Effective project management and team leadership abilities

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
