 Job Summary

Dashen Bank is seeking a Customer Service Manager I to support the Branch Manager by overseeing customer service operations at the IFB – Alif Branch in Jimma. The role involves leading a team of Customer Service Officers and ensuring top-tier service delivery to support the bank’s growth strategy.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of banking experience, preferably in a customer service or supervisory role.


 Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of financial products and services

  • Strong knowledge of modern banking practices

  • Familiar with banking policies, compliance, and operational procedures

  • Ability to handle client inquiries and provide effective solutions

  • Project management capability
