Job Summary
Dashen Bank is seeking a Customer Service Manager I to support the Branch Manager by overseeing customer service operations at the IFB – Alif Branch in Jimma. The role involves leading a team of Customer Service Officers and ensuring top-tier service delivery to support the bank’s growth strategy.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of banking experience, preferably in a customer service or supervisory role.
