Job Summary

Nib International Bank S.C. is seeking a qualified and experienced Organizational Design & Development Officer to support the bank’s HR strategy, focusing on organizational structure, job evaluation, and employee development.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration/Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 4 years of banking experience.

• 2 years as an Associate Organizational Design & Development Officer or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement organizational design strategies to enhance efficiency.

• Assist in job analysis, job evaluation, and role structuring.

• Support workforce planning and development initiatives.

• Analyze and recommend improvements to the bank’s operational structure.

• Ensure alignment with HR policies, banking regulations, and best practices.
