Job Summary

Goh Betoch Bank S.C. is looking for a skilled Digital Banking Officer to support the bank’s digital banking services. This role involves managing and enhancing digital banking platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving innovation in financial technology.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or a related business field.

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital banking or related areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance digital banking platforms, including mobile and online banking.

• Ensure smooth operation and security of digital banking services.

• Support the development and implementation of new digital banking solutions.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve digital banking experiences.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in digital banking and fintech.
