Job Summary

Dashen Bank is seeking a Digital Product Development Specialist – Retail & MSME to design, enhance, and manage digital products tailored for the retail and MSME sectors. The role requires evaluating proposals from external vendors, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s strategic goals, conducting competitive market analysis, tracking product performance, and recommending improvements based on data and trends.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.

  • Added advantage for candidates with a degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Management.

Experience:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in digital product development or a related role.

Technical Competencies

  • Experience in cross-functional product development.

  • Strong understanding of digital banking needs for retail and MSME clients.

  • In-depth awareness of market trends, fintech innovation, and customer-centered product design.

  • Solid grasp of banking regulations and compliance.

  • Proficient in IT, software development methodologies, and agile product delivery.

  • UX/UI design and user experience optimization skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning abilities.
