Job Summary
Dashen Bank is seeking a District Interest-Free Banking (IFB) Business Manager to drive exceptional business performance through strategic customer acquisition and relationship management in line with the Bank’s IFB business strategy. The role involves attracting, deepening, and managing financial relationships to meet deposits and financing growth goals while promoting the Bank’s other products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement customer acquisition strategies for the district’s IFB business.
- Achieve deposits and financing growth goals for the IFB market segment.
- Promote and cross-sell other banking products and services to enhance customer value.
- Drive business growth through effective relationship management and customer retention initiatives.
About You
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Accounting, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related fields (preferred).
- Diploma or Certificate in Islamic Banking or Finance is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in banking operations is essential.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a middle or line management role.
Technical Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of IFB operations, including deposit and financing products.
- Familiarity with Shari’ah principles and IFB modes of finance and associated risks.
- Proficiency in modern sales and marketing practices in financial services.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Solid understanding of credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and manage strategic business priorities.
- Project management expertise.
