Job Description
Oromia Insurance Company S.C. is seeking a qualified and experienced Fleet Administration Officer to manage and maintain the company’s vehicle fleet. This role involves overseeing vehicle servicing, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing operational efficiency.

Qualification and Experience:
⦁    Education: 
⦁    Bachelor’s Degree or TVET Level IV in Automotive Technology, Automechanics, or a related field.
⦁    Experience: 
⦁    Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
⦁    TVET Level IV: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁    Coordinate the maintenance and repair of company vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
⦁    Monitor vehicle usage, service schedules, and fuel consumption.
⦁    Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for fleet management.
⦁    Maintain accurate records for vehicle inspections, servicing, and maintenance activities.
