Job Summary
Dashen Bank is looking for a focused and analytical professional to join its Risk Management Department as a Fraud Risk Analyst. This role plays a key part in identifying, preventing, and mitigating fraudulent activities across the bank's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions, accounts, and supporting documents to detect and investigate suspicious activities

• Analyze fraud-related trends and develop preventive measures to reduce risk exposure

• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal risk policies

• Collaborate with relevant departments to enforce anti-fraud controls

• Prepare reports on findings, and recommend solutions for risk mitigation

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, Law, Management, Economics, or a related field

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in fraud analysis or financial risk management

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of fraud detection techniques and compliance frameworks

• Familiarity with financial sector regulations and internal control systems

• Ability to assess, quantify, and report on potential and actual fraud risks
