Job Summary

Hijra Bank is looking for a qualified Branch Manager to lead and manage its branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the branch’s growth in line with Islamic banking principles.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience Requirement

• A minimum of 6 years of banking operations experience.

• Prior knowledge or experience in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong skills in account management.

• Leadership and team management abilities.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with IFB products and services is a plus.
