The role focuses on building interactive and engaging digital training content, managing multimedia resources, and enhancing the user experience through modern design tools and learning technologies. This position is ideal for candidates who are both technically skilled and creatively driven to support digital transformation in corporate training.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive, gamified eLearning modules using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies

• Utilize tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce high-quality content

• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create educational material aligned with organizational goals

• Review and improve curriculum content created by team members

• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), upload resources, and ensure system usability

• Apply user experience design principles to improve the accessibility and navigation of online learning materials

• Create custom graphics, animations, and illustrations for eLearning modules

• Assist in video production, including both in-studio and on-site recording

• Maintain multimedia studio equipment and ensure it is used efficiently and effectively

• Transform storyboards into visually engaging and instructionally sound content

• Deliver eLearning projects within set deadlines and quality standards

• Communicate effectively with internal departments to align training initiatives with organizational needs

• Stay updated with global eLearning trends and adopt best practices

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Additional certifications in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Video Editing, or Animation are advantageous

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in eLearning development or related areas
