Position Overview: Life and Health Insurance Officer (Nurse)
As a Life and Health Insurance Officer (Nurse), you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive the best life and health insurance services. This position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual to manage the delivery of insurance services and assist clients with their health-related claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Assistance: Provide guidance to clients regarding health and life insurance policies and claims.
- Claims Management: Process life and health insurance claims, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Health Screening: Assist in the evaluation of health-related claims and conduct health screenings as necessary.
- Policy Management: Support the administration and management of life and health insurance policies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, claims, and insurance policies.
About You: Qualifications & Experience
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of work experience in the insurance or healthcare industry (Experience in health insurance is an advantage).
