Job Summary

Hibret Bank S.C. is seeking a Manager, Grade D Branch to lead branch operations, oversee financial performance, and ensure high-quality banking services. The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and banking expertise.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• BA in Management or Accounting

Experience:

• 2 years as an Assistant Manager, Grade A Branch (or equivalent), OR

• 8 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Manage customer relationships and drive business growth.

• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets.

• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
