Position Summary

Amaga PLC is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead its business growth strategy. In this role, you’ll design and implement impactful sales and marketing plans, oversee cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth while strengthening the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals

• Mentor and manage the sales team to ensure target achievement

• Manage and maintain relationships with key customer accounts

• Monitor performance using relevant KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly

 Marketing Strategy

• Design multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email)

• Create and oversee compelling content including website copy, blogs, and newsletters

• Conduct customer and market research to inform strategies

• Analyze ROI and campaign performance to optimize marketing spend

Team Management & Development

• Lead and foster collaboration across sales, marketing, and other departments

• Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations

• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams for maximum efficiency

 Market Insight & Growth

• Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

• Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion

• Enhance brand identity and visibility in the market

 Reporting

• Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance

• Use insights to inform tactical and strategic decision-making

About You

Qualifications

• Education: BA or MA in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related fields

• Experience: Minimum 8 years (with MA) or 6 years (with BA) in sales and marketing management

• Proven track record in leading successful sales and marketing campaigns

• Portfolio attachment is appreciated
