Position Summary
Amaga PLC is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead its business growth strategy. In this role, you’ll design and implement impactful sales and marketing plans, oversee cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth while strengthening the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals

Mentor and manage the sales team to ensure target achievement

Manage and maintain relationships with key customer accounts

Monitor performance using relevant KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
Marketing Strategy

Design multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email)

Create and oversee compelling content including website copy, blogs, and newsletters

Conduct customer and market research to inform strategies

Analyze ROI and campaign performance to optimize marketing spend
Team Management & Development

Lead and foster collaboration across sales, marketing, and other departments

Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations

Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams for maximum efficiency
Market Insight & Growth

Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

About You
Qualifications

Education: BA or MA in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related fields

Experience: Minimum 8 years (with MA) or 6 years (with BA) in sales and marketing management

Proven track record in leading successful sales and marketing campaigns

Portfolio attachment is appreciated
