Job Summary
The Ultimate Insurance is hiring five dynamic and organized Sales Coordinators to strengthen its Marketing Department. This role is ideal for professionals who are skilled in communication, coordination, and team support. The selected candidates will play a key role in aligning sales and marketing efforts while maintaining performance documentation and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales team activities and track execution

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth workflow and communication

• Prepare and deliver periodic reports and presentations aligned with departmental goals

• Maintain proper records of sales documentation and performance tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

• Proven experience in a Sales or Marketing Coordinator role

• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a business organization
