Job Summary
Nib International Bank S.C. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition and Management Officer to lead recruitment initiatives, oversee talent development, and enhance workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
-
B.A Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration/Management, or a related field.
Experience:
-
6 years of banking work experience.

2 years as a Talent Acquisition & Management Officer or in an equivalent role.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Develop and implement talent management strategies.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
-
Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs.
-
Manage employee performance evaluation processes.
-
Contribute to workforce planning and succession strategies.
