Job Summary:
Ahadu Bank S.C is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee and lead the operations of its Assosa branch. The position requires planning, organizing, leading, and controlling all banking activities while ensuring compliance with the bank’s procedures, regulatory directives, and national laws. The Branch Manager will be responsible for coordinating business development, driving customer service excellence, managing budgets and reports, and engaging with the local business community.

About You

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the banking industry, including at least 1 year as a Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Excellent team-building and analytical skills

• Strong organizational and management capabilities
