Qualifications & Experience
Education

BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
-
6 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Islamic Banking (IFB).
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.

Identify and address customer needs while ensuring compliance with IFB principles.

Work closely with the IFB department to offer tailored banking solutions.

Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for customer account management.

Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and Sharia principles.
