About the Position
As a Customer Service Officer I, you will be responsible for providing frontline customer service at the branch, handling both cash and non-cash transactions, managing account maintenance, and responding to customer inquiries. This role is essential for ensuring excellent customer experiences and efficient branch operations.

Key Responsibilities
⦁    Handle and check account maintenance, payments, and collection transactions at the branch.
⦁    Provide responses to customer inquiries and resolve basic client issues.
⦁    Manage cash and non-cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
⦁    Offer advice on financial products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience
⦁    Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
⦁    Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a bank.

Key Competencies
⦁    Sound understanding of the mechanisms of general financial products and banking services.
⦁    Proficiency in bank accounting systems and general procedures.
⦁    Strong ability to address and resolve client inquiries effectively.
⦁    Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with core banking systems.

Required Skills
⦁    Strong communication skills.
⦁    Customer-focused with problem-solving capabilities.
