Job Summary

Goh Betoch Bank S.C. is seeking a dedicated Data Center Attendant to support our IT infrastructure. The role involves monitoring data center operations, ensuring system efficiency, and assisting with technical support tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Minimum Diploma (10+3/Level 3) or higher in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT or data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data center equipment and network systems.

• Ensure proper functioning of servers, storage devices, and security systems.

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Support IT teams in managing system backups and disaster recovery procedures.

• Maintain logs and documentation of IT operations.
