Job Summary
The Manager, Procurement is responsible for coordinating and leading the bank’s sourcing, tendering, and purchasing activities. The role ensures value for money, approves delivered goods and services, and supports the smooth execution of the bank’s operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Property Management, Purchasing & Supplies Management, or other related fields.
· Professional certifications in procurement (added advantage).
Experience:
· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
· At least 2 years in a middle or line management role.
Technical Competencies:
Procurement planning & tender evaluation.
Strong knowledge of procurement laws, demand & supply systems.
Experience in developing Service Level Agreements.
Project management & strategic procurement application.
Strong understanding of banking policies, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
