• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of the bank’s ATM network.

• Ensure all ATMs are functioning optimally and address any operational issues promptly.

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex ATM-related problems.

• Stay updated on the latest ATM technology and integrate new solutions.

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize ATM downtime.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and security of ATMs.

• Lead and mentor a team of ATM maintenance technicians.

• Ensure all ATMs comply with security protocols and standards.

• Track and analyze ATM performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, performance issues, and resolutions.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ATM Maintenance.
